Our Beginning Strokes lessons are designed for swimmers who have prior swimming experience. The swimmers will be assessed and evaluated on their swimming ability prior to classes starting. Each swimmer will progress at their own pace.

The class lasts for 30 minutes for 5 consecutive days with one dedicated instructor.

After assessing the children’s abilities, the following levels will be taught. The completion of Level 1 in the one week program will be determined by the swimmer’s ability. After completing Level 1, the swimmer can move to Level 2 for another week of instruction.

Similarly, after the completion of skills learned in Level 2, swimmers can progress to Level 3.
