Marlene Bloom developed the 5-day Turn Kick- Reach program with Baby Otter Swim School, working to make Florida a zero-drowning state. Marlene met Mindy York after Mindy’s child nearly drowned and had to be resuscitated. Mindy realized her child needed to learn to save herself and asked Marlene to teach her daughter lifesaving swimming skills to assure she would never be unsafe around water again. Today, Marlene and Mindy have built the Baby Otter Swim School franct1ise and have sold 14 territories in the first year. Now that’s a wow team!
