Turn, Kick, Reach® (TKR)

TKR is a popular class that was developed by our founders using 40 years of experience in water safety. This intensive five-day program teaches children what to do if they fall into the water. The TKR method also establishes basic swimming skills for holding your breath, putting your face in the water, swimming to pool steps, and swimming to the pool wall. Suitable for children capable of crawling, this course provides an essential foundation for achieving safety and efficacy in the water. TKR Review

Designed for swimmers who have already completed the TKR private class, TKR review offers an opportunity to refine existing skills, identify any weak points, and learn new skills for improved water safety. Beginning Strokes, Level 1

This class is ideal for swimmers with some degree of experience in the water. Being comfortable in the water due to previous experience enables students to move forward with learning to log roll, float, use their arms, and dive for toys. Enroll in one of our Windermere swim classes today!

Beginning Strokes, Level 2

This class serves swimmers who want to move forward with being more comfortable, confident, and skilled in the water after completing the Level 1 course. Beginning Strokes, Level 3

After completing Level 2, swimmers can move on to this course to learn side stroke, elementary backstroke, backstroke, treading water, and survival technique.
